What “verified” means.

Our intended listing standard

Before a property opportunity is presented as verified, Oasis Innova seeks to identify the developer, seller or authorised owner; state Oasis Innova’s role; confirm the source of key project information; record when price and availability were supplied; and communicate the appropriate enquiry route.

Oasis projects and property transactions

Oasis Innova may act as developer, builder, buyer, seller, joint-venture participant or property owner for a specific opportunity. That role, the responsible project entity, payment instructions, approvals, documents, delivery obligations and transaction terms must be stated in the applicable project materials and signed agreements.

Partner and third-party projects

When Oasis Innova provides marketplace, marketing, coordination or sales support for another developer or authorised owner, that party remains responsible for its approvals, pricing and inventory, booking and sale documents, receiving purchase funds, construction, handover and transfer unless a lawful written agreement expressly allocates a responsibility differently.

What buyers should still verify

Buyers and investors should independently review ownership, authority, approvals, contracts, taxes, financing, construction status, measurements, specifications, payment instructions and all other matters material to a purchase, using qualified professional advisers where appropriate.

Website payment boundary

This website and its general enquiry tools do not collect property purchase funds. Never send money based only on a website, chat or informal message. Use only independently confirmed payment instructions contained in authorised transaction documents.
